Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. A small number of destinations are excluded for customs reasons. If we are unable to ship to your address we will contact you and refund your order in full.
Production
Every piece is made to order in the United Kingdom. Production takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the date your order is placed. We email you when your piece enters production and again when it is dispatched. These timings are an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Carriers and delivery times
Delivery times below are counted from dispatch, not from the date of order.
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked or DHL. Typically 1 to 3 working days.
- Europe: DHL Express. Typically 2 to 5 working days.
- Rest of world: DHL Express. Typically 3 to 7 working days.
All orders are sent tracked. A tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. The exact cost is shown to you before payment.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or refund them.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us because customs charges were not paid, any costs we incur as a result will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery addresses
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the shipping cost.
Delayed, lost or stolen parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 working days, email u@stadionclo.com and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
We are not responsible for parcels that the carrier has recorded as delivered and which are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery address.
