REFUND POLICY

Our policy
If you wish to return an item and receive a refund for the purchase. You must contact u@stadionclo.com within 14 days of delivery of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with labels attached, any boxes undamaged and unworn. Additionally, most items are currently on a pre-order basis, meaning it may take up to 12 weeks to deliver your item. During this period chargebacks are not authorised, in order to allow for delivery of items. 

DISCLAIMER: if you purchase a made to measure item, where we use your measurements when creating the garment. This piece cannot be returned due to the meticulous work and measurements we use, made specifically for you. However other orders which come in standard sizes are eligible for returns.

Damages and issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
(Please note that you might receive an item that is purposely ripped, teared, worn out and/or other distressing methods)

Exchange
We don't offer exchanges because all items sold are limited. If you have need to exchange for a different size, contact us personally at u@stadionclo.com and we will review your request.

Refund
Refunds are given if products are returned to us in no use condition, we are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. You can always contact us for any return questions at u@stadionclo.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and/or personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Accepted refunds
If your refund request is accepted. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-Orders
If a product has been ordered that is listed a pre-order on the website terms are as follow. These products are accepted as returns, however instead of a refund on the purchase the customer will be given a credit on the value of their purchase, which can be used on other items sold by Stadion. Credits are valid for 12 months after the return has been processed, permitting that the product is in the adequate conditions to be accepted as a return. As mentioned above. Updates for delivery of pre-ordered products can be expected to be sent to the email used on the purchase. 

Credits
Credits are equivalent to any currency and can be used to purchase items on the Stadion store. If credits you have been allocated credits due to a return of a pre-ordered product and account is automatically made with the email you used for the purchase and the credits are under that account. You can choose to use credits to purchase a product, or reduce the purchase price of a product if your account does not have sufficient credits to make the full purchase. 

If you are outside of the UK, credits are assigned based on the conversion rate at the date they were assigned. For example, if you are given or have purchased 100 credits in Euros, and the conversion rate that day was 1 Euro equaling .75 Great British Pounds, you would have 75 credits. Each products credits are based on the price it is on the British store.
